Giuliano joined the Firm in 2019 as Of Counsel. He mainly deals with tax and commercial legal advice, with particular attention to the company dynamics of pathology and business consulting, as well as to tax, banking and company litigation. It provides assistance and advice in debt restructuring agreements pursuant to art. 182bis and 182ter L.F. He provides judicial custody and auctioning of properties for the Expropriation Section of the Court of Naples. He gained considerable experience in judicial custody and auctioning of motor ships, ships and luxury boats as an expert in the comparative procedure provided for by the Navigation Code and the Civil Procedure Code.

He is President of the Board of Business Lawyer of the Council of the Order of Naples. He is also a legal consultant for important investee companies, as well as a member of the Circolo Canottieri Napoli board.

Since 2013 he has been a member of the editorial board of the scientific journal “IL FORO NAPOLETANO”. He participates constantly as a speaker and moderator at numerous conferences on corporate law, tax law and business consulting.

He graduated in Law at the Federico II University of Naples with a thesis in labor law entitled “Obligation to loyalty and damage to the corporate image”.

He has been registered with the Bar Association of Naples since 2009 and on the lists of Arbitrators of the Arbitration Chamber of the Council of the Bar Association of Naples.
