He is senior associate of the firm since 1999. Emilio focuses on corporate, banking, bankruptcy law and privacy. He previously collaborated with a leading law firm. He is author of several publications on civil and commercial mediation.

Since 2015 he is scientific director of the legal and economic studies center “Polibio”. He is teacher at the Master in IT law at the legal and economic studies center “Polibio” as an expert in privacy law.

He graduated at Univeristy of Naples “Federico II” in 1994.

He is member of Bar Association of Naples since 1998.
