He is managing partner of the firm, that he founded in 1994.

Marco focuses on banking law, bankruptcy and debt restructuring, having gained over the years a lot of experience in these areas of law and having witnessed some of the most important Italian banks.

He was ranked into the International Law “Butterworths” Directory in 1992.

He was an executive of the S.S. Juve Stabia until 1994 and has been GM of a famous Formula 3’s driver until 2014.

He graduated at University of Naples “Federico II” with honors in 1985.

He is member of the Bar Association of Naples since 1991 and authorized to practice before the Supreme Court.
